Learn about the cost of our services*.

Step 4
Make an appointment for an assessment or screening.
All services require a placement assessment.
However, you may choose to have your child
screened or assessed without committing to a service.
Step 5
Review assessment results.
Once an assessment or screening has been completed,
an appointment is scheduled to discuss results and recommendations, including the most appropriate
RWC service option(s).
Step 7
Register your child for the RWC service of your choice.
Once the necessary forms are completed and fees are paid, you will receive confirmation of your child's enrollment.
*Parents of students enrolled in a local charter school may be able to access RWC services at reduced, personal out-of-pocket costs. See your child's school administrator about requesting RWC as a vendor.
Making Payments
Payments may be made using any major credit or debit card. Cash and check payments are also accepted.

A 2-3% service fee is charged for PayPal and Venmo payments. Checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a $35 fee.
